Dear Sir
I am sure you are aware, but I want to reiterate that your technician who cleaned our ducts and vents did an outstanding job.
My husband, Louis, and I have resided here at our townhouse cooperative for the past 24 years, but this is the first time we have had our ducts and vents cleaned. We were unaware that such a service even existed until this year. We have received numerous flyers, telephone messages, and mail, from a number of companies wanting to discuss cleaning our ducts and vents.
When your man was out earlier in the week to service our air conditioner, my husband (being a senior and a retiree who can really talk) began questioning him about his job responsibilities. We could see from his performance that he was thoroughly interested in the job he was performing. Upon realizing that duct and vent cleaning was one of his areas of expertise, my husband quickly decided that he was the person we wanted for that job. I believe Illiana has been the company servicing our heating and cooling systems here at the Co-op for the entire 24 years we have lived here. This automatically makes your organization more familiar with our heating and cooling systems than any other company.
As chairperson for the Co-op’s “Wise Ones”, the social senior group here at the Co-op, I will personally be advertising to as many members as will listen to me, just how much dust, dirt, and grime was actually removed from our system. I will further inform them of the excellent job your man did, so be assured they may be personally be requesting him for their unit.

I am so impressed with this system. I've always kept my window units at 74 degrees. I put the new system at 78 and came home to a very comfortable house. As a matter of fact, I had to increase the temp to 80 degrees in the familyroom. The dogs were cold.
My neighbors have all been to my house to see the new system and are quite amazed at it. I feel much safer in my home without those window units too.
Brad and Kevin did a wonderful job. My father was a pipe fitter. He said you could tell a good service man if he left the job clean and the guys did just that.
All in all the entire experience with the installation and the operation of the system has been a wonderful experience. I'm sure as people learn about this system it will become quite popular.-Judy in Griffith

We decided to replace an old but working heating and air conditioning system to take advantage of the federal tax credits. We received four bids for the work and Illiana was on the higher side of the four bids but not the most expensive. The sales rep came out to our house, evaluated the project and took measurements. He explained the different options and gave us a good, better and best alternative. He also explained the tax credits and helped us understand what we needed to qualify. We received his bid by email within a couple of days. We spoke several times as we navigated through all the estimates. We decided to go with Illiana as they had the best mixture of quality product, flexibility and reasonable price. They also had the best guarantee. I left for work on installation day early in the morning and the workers arrived promptly at 8:00 AM. When i returned home in the afternoon, they had completed the job including replacing the hot water heater. I was amazed that they did not leave any mess. In fact, if it wasn't for the new equipment, you wouldn't have known that they were there working. I also appreciated the nice install job that they did in that they tied off all the wires and did a thorough job of caulking the openings. The whole process from estimate to install was just completely painless. They were very easy to work with and we are completely satisfied. We now have been through all four seasons with the new furnace and air conditioner and haven't had one issue with them. We are seeing the savings that they had estimated in our electric and gas bill. The units are very quiet, easy to operate and haven't given us one problem. We are completely satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them.
